Our family-run residence boasts a cozy, informal atmosphere.
We are available 24 hours a day to accompany you in an authentic, yet comfortable vacation.

Whoever loves Liguria’s characteristic locations will have the opportunity to discover
small postcard perfect towns which follow one another from one gulf to the next.
The Residence is located near the Deiva train station and with only a few minutes’ train ride one may reach
the most famous areas of the Ligurian Riviera such as the Cinque Terre, Portovenere, Portofino, Camogli and many more.
The apartments, one room and two room flats are of various sizes and comforts in order to satisfy your every need.
Moreover a great deal of work went into demolishing architectural barriers, so that anyone may enjoy the land’s panoramas and perfumes.
A lifting platform was built for persons with disabilities, it accesses the elevator and therefore the apartments as well.
Additionally we have an apartment available for persons with disabilities with two bathrooms,
one of which is specifically equipped, as well as the kitchen.
